The Fields
Collinsville, Illinois

The Fields is located eight miles east of downtown St. Louis in Collinsville, Illinois. It is comprised of approximately 400 acres at the junction of Interstate highway 255 (north-south) and I-55/70 running east-west. This juncture offers excellent highway access to the site from all directions as well as convenient local access off of Horseshoe Lake Road. The Collinsville Stadium Project will integrate a 18,500 seat soccer specific stadium, which will be home to MLS (men’s) and WPS (women’s) professional soccer franchises, a state of the art youth soccer complex with twelve FIFA approved artificial turf fields, and a mixed use development including retail, office, educational and residential uses. Crossroads is the owner's representative for the stadium and soccer complex as wel as the master developer for the project. H.I.T. Squad
Granite City, Illinois

he H.I.T Squad is a 13,500 sf. world class mixed marshal arts training facility run by 9-time UFC Welterweight Champion Matt Hughes and his personal training team. Crossroads acted as the owner's representative for the project, managing the site selection, leasing negotiations, interior build out, building mechanical installation, equipment purchasing, scheduling, budgeting, and contractor solicitation.
